Every workplace needs to provide an environment for all staff to feel welcome, safe and heard. An inclusive workplace is a thriving workplace, and inclusive practice in the workplace is best practice in the workplace. 

 

A diversity of backgrounds, race, sexuality and disability is not a KPI checkpoint, it is the preceding combination of a successful team of divergent minds with a bank of knowledge.

Michelle is passionate about supporting staff members to improve the quality of their motivation across all aspects of their life, bringing renewed and sustainable attitudes to the workplace. 

Michelle is an award winning educator and coach. Her desire to understand the science behind motivation has led to a post graduate research career focusing on inclusion and motivation.

Inclusion and Education

Conditions under the neurodiverse umbrella are all diagnosed professionally with the commonality of differing patterns in brain development. It is imperative that all teaching staff recognise this and have a strength-based skill set to manage these students successfully in the classroom.

 

Unfortunately, insisting on compliance is often worst practice, resulting in rising conflict and additional stress for all involved as schools are experiencing first hand. Education workshops support best-teaching practice for all students.
